Worst service EVER!

This is the worst banking experience EVER! I have been waiting for 3 weeks to migrate my Kulula card to my new FNB Aspire card. I have made over 30 calls and have spoken to 15 different agents and every time I get promised that someone will call and that the matter has been escalated but no one ever gets back to me. Now I am ending up paying for 2 cards and can't use either one!
