Worst service ever!!!!!!!

worst service ever !!! I have been with FNB for 9 years and this jever happened until now…..I have orderd new cards as my surname have changed and they have linked my petrol card to my cheque account why i dont know I have called many time and they have kept me on hold for more than n hour without saying anything I have tried messaging them on the app nothing useless I am going to change banks and i will tell everyone I meet that is with fnb to change
