Worst service ever!!!

I'm so tired of FNB Life insurance division!!! I've submitted a claim in Feb 2021 and untill today the claim wasn't paid out! I've called, I've send mails everyday, I've submitted all requested documents more than once but no responce,they just do not care, they are quick to take the premuim every month, but when it comes to customer service there's none to speak of.

I'm very unhappy with FNB!!!
