Worst service ever

Amazing how 1 company can ***** over so many people in 1 day (myself included), giving people the illusion they have money, which they then spend, only for this money to be deducted from their account 3 weeks later. And then go to tell me its not their mistake. Absolutely pathetic if you ask me.
