Worst service ever

I have claimed from my policy to pay for my personal loan as I am unemployed and yet for 4 months FNB has debited my account. And worst thing is I spend so much money to buy airtime to call them every month to cancel the debit order and yet every month I have the same problem.

At this point I am canceling my account and moving to another bank
