WORST SERVICE EVER

I can honestly not say that FNB loans department gives good service because there is no service. I few months ago I went through a crises, I had to reverae one of my debit orders. I phoned FNB the same day to make an arrange lment to repay this debit order in installments, they accepted my arrangement and the next month the normal and the arrangement instalment was deducted from my acxount. Since then things just went down hill, some months they deducted 2 times my normal instalments other months 3 times my normal instalments. Obviously the economy that it is I reversed these extra payments because that was not the arrangement that was made with them and that they accepted. 2 Months ago a lady from the debt collectors department contacted me to inform me that my account was handed over to them for the full value. I once again made an arrangement of my normal instalment +R300. Month end came, and with it my surprice The instalment arranged with the debt collector, + once again 2 extra deductions from Fnb, so I phoned the debt collectors, for a week I tried to get hold of the correct person to speak to, the responces was that she is in a meeting, or she is on lunch or she is busy with a client, everytime I asked that she call me back... nothing. Eventually I phoned them and totally lost my cool, one evening around 7 or 8 I get a call from them, (not the same lady mind you) I explained to the lady phoning me what my concerns are, that I am unhappy I made an arrangement with them, I get a e mail that confirmed the arrangement and still there is a big mess with my debit orders. They only responces I got was that I must phone FNB loans... and then when I am unhappy...Oh sorry mam sorry mam. Now for the next part, I phone fnb loans department, after speaking to about 3 people all informing me that they can not help me I must speak to the debt collectors(who by the way refered me to fnb loans) I got through to another agent, the responce I got there was as follows why don't I just leave the debit orders to go through and not reverse them HELLO IF I COULD AFFORD THAT I WOULD HAVE DONE IT IN THE FIRST PLACE.. then the responce was that the last payment that they pick up on my account was for 25 April... luckily for my I had my bank statements with me, so I Read back all the debit orderreference numbers to the lady, got no respone, only not to reverse the debit orders. On saturday I went to FNB branch in Klerksdorp to see if my payments is reflecting and wow there it is.. NOW MY QUESTION, YES I AM GUILTY OF FALLING BEHIND ON MY LOAN..YES I MADE ARRANGEMENTS 2 TIMES AND STILL THE DEDUCTIONS WAS NOT CORRECT. MY ITC RECORD IS AFFECTED BY THIS MAKING ME A SLOW PAYER AND ALL. EVERY MONTH I HAVE TO REVERSE THE DEBIT ORDERS ALSO AFFECTING MY RECORD . IT REFLECTS ON MY CREDIT STATUS NEGATIVELY. MY PAYMENTS IS SHOWING ON MY LOANS, WAS I HANDED OVER FOR THE CORRECT AMOUNT? I WANT MY CREDIT STATUS RESTORED, I WANT THIS TAKEN OF MY ITC AND I WANT MY ACCOUNT WHITE WASHED.. I DID MY PART WITH ARRANGEMENTS FNB DID NOT DO THEIR PART.

Good day

Thank you, one of your agents did contact me so that I could explain my problem to her.

Now just one question, when she phoned me she looked on the system and saw al 3 payments that went to your bank. She said to me that 2 of the 3 payments will be refunded to my bank account and the 3rd one will be taken as payment of my loan she also indicated that she will send it through as urgent since that money was due for other debt. Today is the 29th of November, only one of the two debit orders was paid back to my account, once again impacting my credit record negatively because my debit order could not go through due to not enough funding being available. Yesterday I received an e-mail indicating that FNB did not receive on of the payments....... OK SO I AM CONFUSED, YOUR LOANS DEPARTMENT CONFIRM THAT THEY DID RECEIVE PAYMENT, and then an e-mail stating that no payment was made.... is anybody working there?

Secondly I would like some feedback on the first call that the agent made to me and the promises that was made, please do so in writing. Luckily for my, as with all your calls, everything is recorded.

I would like a response as to when the other money will be reverted back to me please.
