Worst service ever?

FNB claims to be future thinking and client centric, however their service and accompanying disregard is proof of the exact opposite. I entered into a debt review agreement during 2012, this agreement included my bond with FNB. A reduced interest rate and new monthly payment was agreed, however according to statements received, this was never adjusted. A court order was only agreed during March of 2015, which meant that I should have been charged 7.1% interest up until then. This would have then changed to 9.3% as from April 2015 for one year. Thereafter the bond installment would revert to the initial agreement entered into prior to the debt review process. I however sold my home at the end of March so this last part of the process would be negated. I called my debt counselors, DebtBusters, during December and requested their assistance in dealing with the issue of incorrect charges. They were apparently unsuccessful in their attempts at getting an answer from FNB. I logged a complaint with FNB's complaints centre during the first week of April and received correspondence a few days later stating that FNB had acted within the ambit of the agreement. I responded to this assertion by requesting a consolidated statement and also sent my query to the NCR. It has been well over a month and I have only received the consolidated report this past Friday and can clearly see that FNB has not done the required adjustments. That being said, I am still awaiting a response from the credit regulator who has up to this point been mum. I have no other choice by to take this to the ombudsman for banking services. I am appalled at FNB's lack of service and wonder how many other clients they have thieved out of money. I should have realised this was going to be an issue given that FNB do not have the decency to respond to client emails, let alone stick to their own service level agreements.
