WORST SERVICE EVER !!!
I tried unsuccessfully to seek assistance from FNB to settle my Revolving Loan as settlement via the website gave me an error. I was unable to settle and unable to do a normal transfer. I subsequently contacted their contact centre on *** and was transferred to ***, then *** then *** then *** then *** until finally after 2 hours I gave up. This has got to be the worst service I received from FNB ever!!!
