Worst service ever
Business card renewals HAVE to be sent free with Takealot.com courier services. been waiting a week. The excuse, the incorrect address details were captured. IMPOSSIBLE. FNB has had my FICA documents on file for the last 4 years. Your driver was just too lazy to drive out to me. you push prices up, but service levels have to come down as well! What has happened to this bank in the last 24 months.
