Worst Service Ever!!!

I app**** to increase my revolving loan on Monday the 26 Mar 2018. on Tuesday the 27 Mar 2018 I received a e-mail stating that my application to increase my loan was approved and that I should review the attached quote. The problem was that there was NO quote attached to the mail. I mailed FNB back immediately and phoned them twice the next day and went into the branch. Everyone just said that the approval is probaqbly still with the admin department as they can't see it on my name. They could not even see the application or the quote and they were to follow-up. I phoned again on Thursday twice and still had the same issue and they would have had everything sorted out by the end of business. Which did not happen. On Saturday I phoned again only to hear that the application was never submitted and that I should wait till Tuesday. During the period of receiving the approval and the weekend I pushed all my funds to my revolving loan as I was expecting the loan to be approved and sorted out prior to the weekend and also expecting a payment made to me due on the 01 Apr 2018 of R4000. On the 01 Apr I could see that I have received the R4000 in my account and balance and I checked this since I received a mail from FNB for which I will be charged for that my account was in excess, which was not the case at all. On Tuesday I phoned FNB again to find out about my revolving loan and the told me that due to my account that was in excess (which was not the case) I need to wait 30 days to do another application. This is more than a week after I have submitted the original aaplication that should have been completed in 48hrs per fnb's promise. It seems that Nobody at FNB knows how to do their job and I am getting fedup with this as it was not the first time.
