WORST SERVICE EVER!

I go there to sort my accounts out, they go out of their way to NOT help me. They sent an sms that they were unable to deduct funds for a loan, that they claim was frozen, which it was not. When I ask that they move the debit order, they claim that they can see no payments being made from the work to the account, even though the same account was used for years by the bank, and received my salary every month for years. Now all of a sudden I need to proove that my money is being paid into that account Before they would help move the debit order. And the last time I asked them to move the debit order, they wanted to increase the payment being made every month as a consequence. for tax calculation reasons they claimed. They love to make endless penalty fees apon penalty fees for EVERY transaction whether sucessfull or not, and when I look at the statement, there is a lot of coded transactions like misc fees for FNB, with no explanation of what it if for. They would rather milk their customers to death than provide service.

You guys claim to be the best, and I do not see how that is true other than how excellent you are at *********** YOUR CLIENTS!
