Having issues changing my residential address using my lease agreement as proof of address. <br> <br> First I was told it needed to be initialed on every page (which I told my landlord and we did)<br> <br> I came back a second time and was told they can't accept it because it has two tenants on it and I needed to bring the second as a \witness"(I stay with my girlfriend and the lease has both our names on it)<br> <br> Today I came in with my girlfriend and after waiting for almost 40 minutes and being passed on from one consultant to another I was sent to a lady who was introduced as the team leader. Then she says the lease is invalid. There is supposed to be a third party witness to it (i.e someone other than the landlord"
