Worst Service EVER!!!
I have been trying to get a refund out of FNB for a month now. I have sent emails with now response I have spoken to the call centre and no feedback. Last week I was transferred to 4 different representatives 45min later and I still don't know what is happening, and i would have been handed over by now if it was me who owed them the money.<br> I don't know what to do anymore! <br> FNB = Empty promises<br> FNB = Bad Service<br> FNB = False advertising<br>
