Worst service ever

Had a Premium Cheque account with FNB for years ...just dodnt understand their rates ....sometime i will take the temp loan and when i get paid they will take their money ....recentlh closed the account as i coyldnt understand why i was paying plus minus R800 bank charges ...anyway thats not the case case is ...I had an outstanding amount of R117 ...called the call center to close the account was told i can have to settle the outstaning amount ...mind you im calling them they not calling me ...most of the every employee rejects calls....eventuLly i paid into the Ccount ...R2 was short ...did a transfsre of R10 and the debited the money that evening and that was i May ....recently i check credit profile boom FNB has listed me for R118 ...which i paid and has dropped my scori g ...im no long good but on below average...since the accou t is outstanding for 6months ...i have called the call center with no luck or assistance ...they either drop the li e or say its not the right department ...one of the reasons left because the is no help ...I want my name cleared on ITC, I will not pay anyone to clear my name ...I will be reporting this to The Ombudsmen....ths was done after i had pay ..ths was logged in June .....i payed ths account in May the 5th ...no update and my name has been tarnish ...all the credit bureau...
