Worst Service Ever

FNB Insurance the worst insurance ever since my entire life. No updates, no feedback, actually it is more of my problem than theirs. I was assigned a Ruben Barnard that actually did not bother at all to make the claim smooth. A claim that is worth less than R20k it took the whole month to be assessed. No one bothered that 30 days of courtesy car elapsed while the claim is under assessment and I am the one to be inconvenienced without a car. I am done with FNB Insurance.
