worst service ever

i app**** for discovery credit card in 2012 , with this card you don't get any credit and work like a debit card , if you don't put money into this account you can't use it .

late 2013 there was an overseas company that deduct R250 from my account without my permission , nobody at FNB could told me who this Company was , there were no listing on the internet for this company , i went to the bank to reverse this transaction and was told they cannot do that, i must phone the credit card *****ulant department to report this amoount and for them to investigate , which i did , they informed me to cancell the card and apply for a new one , i cancelled the card the same day (12/12/13) , FNB confirmed by e-mail that this card was cancelled and if this card is used again it will be a *****ulant transaction someone at FNB reactivated this card again without my permission or concent , they now told me there that there was two debit orders still active from this account , the reason for me closing this account was because of these two accounts that was not suppose to go through from credit card , we are now in 2017 , this is 4 years later not one phone call was made to me , not one letter was send to me absolutely no comunication at all , last moth FNB deduct R1900 from my account for my "cancelled " credit cards that was now in arrears by R3500 , to speak to someone is impossible , i have been to my Branch Manager ( The Glen Branch) and been told they will not refund me , i now have to close my account with FNB to prevent someone at FNB to deduct money for an account that was closed 4 years ago , this is by far the worst service i ever experienced with a bank, for FNB to activate a cancelled credit card is the first for me and everyone i know
