WORST SERVICE EVER!!!

<p>It has been a week since I logged a complaint with FNB with regards to a personal loan, I have not recieved communication on the specified time as per arrangement, when eventually called back the staff is unable to understand the arrangement being made and refuses the arrangement as it is not suffiecient for FNB. I was told that i would be refunded "x" amount and i am still waiting i was told the amount would also only be refunded if an arrangement was made and apparently my arrangement that I haven been trying to make for the last week does not meet FNB's criteria or they are just not willing to accept my arrangement at all.</p>
