Worst service ever!

I have been under debt review since 2013. Earlier this year I was privileged enough to receive some extra money that enabled me to pay off all my debt. The whole process went smoothly and I received all my paid up letters from my providers. Then came Fnb! Emails sent back and forth and numerous phone calls! Eventually I got my paid up letters for my credit card and loans. Then, my overdraft account became a huge issue as Fnb gave my debt counselor the wrong settlement amount. This resulted in me having to pay an extra R900. Fnb just said if I don't pay it I will not receive my paid up letter. So, I paid it. I requested a paid up letter and for my cheque account to be closed. Numerous emails and phone calls again! A service manager called Cecilia Labistour sent me a mail that I have to write a formal letter to close my cheque account. This was done twice. Then, I receive an email from her stating that she can not close the account as there is another account linked to it! I requested for her to call me back as her email signature does not have any details. I am still waiting. All this bad service and I am supposed to be a "premier client". Still I am awaiting my paid up letter for my overdraft. I really think it is time to change banks. This is seriously the worst service ever!
