Worst service ever

Worst service ever! Ordered a card in June and I was sent sms to collect at evaton branch, when I get there there's a system issue the card could not be issued. Fine, I was advised by the bank employee to cancel and order a new card in mafikeng morena mall where I was posted for work and ask for a refund there. Now when I get there same issue now I'm owed R 300 and they don't want to refund. I'm told reversal rejected and no details provided! This nonsese
