WORST SERVICE EVER

I have been trying to get through to the FNB fiduciary Johannesburg for the passed 2weeks,when I first phoned ***) in the call was through to Natasha Rouk ( surname could be spelt wrong) and she said she is not the one handling this matter and the lady who was suppose to assist me is Mpho she took my contact details last week till to-date no one has contacted me. I tried to contact them today and I was on hold for 17 minutes and the line was cut off.
