worst service ever

A month ago i was advised that my home loan has been closed and was even sent a paid up letter. A few weeks down the line i still find to see that that bond account is very much active.

*********** handling of the process. I have been pleading and fighting this matter for a good two months now...my patience is running thin. As i thought this has been resolved. Im annoyed.
