Worst service ever!

FNB never seem to surprise me with their bad service & *********** call center staff that place u on hold for every little question u ask. I'm unable to transfer money from my account to the next using cellphone banking & no one seems to have answers to this & I have a critical emergency to attend to. I still don't understand why I'm still with this bank, as I've been complaining for years
