Worst service ever

If i could give a negative 5 star rating i would. FNB is the biggest thieving bank around. I have set a debit order on my Discovery bank to my credit card and 4 days later the amount is still not reflected on my credit card. I have been trying to close my cheque account and paid the outstanding amount, i was advised that this will take 7 days, and on day 9 after querying i am asked to make another payment even after confirming that any fee charges after the closure request will be written off. I have logged 4 complaints in one day and have not received any response or calls from anyone at FNB.
