WORST SERVICE

I have been trying to get assisted from FNB on a Fusion Account that i have closed five years ago and is still listed on my credit records . Every time i call them they send from one department to another, I even went to the branch. this is really is affecting me, and no one seems to know what to do,. please assist. Thank you.
