Worst service delivery

Worst bank ever. I wish it was possible for me to move all my accounts over to a different bank. Their app is the worst. Their call center is even worse and response time is so slow. I have been logged out of my app since God knows when. Been trying to reset it on my new phone and still trying. Can't get hold of anyone in a call center to help because the other comes through 100 years after you give up and put the phone down. Honestly I Give up.
