Worst service

I had downgraded from Private Wealth on the 29th Sept after being charged a full monthly fee of R600. But Fnb still charges me R141 pro rata for the downgrade. What happens to the credit due to me pro rata for downgraded. Bunch of useless bankers damn service isn't even worth it!!!
