Worst service

Fnb has the worst service ever. They blocked my account without my consultation and when I called their ***** department the response was that the account was on hold because I was silent on the phone. Now in unable to do anything including buy airtime or uber because I can't access funds and I have to wait until Monday for assistance. So in the meantime I must find a place to stay in town and the streets and just suck it in. Thanks for nothing FNB
