Worst service

In 2022 January we lost our father and his last pension money was supposed to go to my mother. We went through all the necessary processes and submitted all the necessary documents and Fnb confirmed that the monies will be paid to my mother as she is the excecutor. My mother has received nothing but empty promises from FNB and half truths. Whenever we go to the bank we are told the funds have been transferred and that it will take 48 hours, but it's going for 2 years now. What is going on with FNB? Why is our mother being treated unfairly?
