Worst service by far I have received from any bank and/or service provider

I have requested via e-mail to switch from gold to a premier account on 4 July 2016. No luck yet. I have requested to limit phone calls to me due my working circumstances - I prefer e-mail correspondence. What a time wasting experience. Numerous phone calls, including repeating the credit card application process more than once (because it seems the credit and premier departments cannot work together) and empty promises on e-mail.

The e-mail below I have sent earlier today, but I do not even get my hopes up anymore to receive the proper service I am entitled to as a paying client and as a potential premier client:

Dear Werner Naudé,

Almost two weeks past since I have sent you copies of my degrees and yet no response from anyone at FNB. And it is unbelievable that it can take more than a month to switch to premier from gold.

This must be the worst service by far I have received from any bank and/or service provider.

And this after you promised me (as per recorded telephone call and in writing) that my matter will be prioritised by yourself.

I do remind you of my instruction that if you cannot solve your mistake efficiently without further inconveniencing me with phone calls to please remove the non-requested gold credit account from my portfolio and remove any associated fees from my account.

For the first time I am ashamed to call myself a FNB client and they say spite always comes too late - at this stage I really do ask myself, why do I want to become a premier client with pathetic service like this from the premier department.

Kind regards,
Annelize
