Worst service at the Jacobsdal branch.

My husband had his card delivered to the Jacobsdal branch. He waited for an hour and a half to be helped today in order to just collect his card. There was only one person working and she eventually decided to take lunch and leave everybody waiting.

He finally left, without his card, as nobody has two hours to waste in a day just to collect a card. This is absolutely ridiculous service.
