Worst service at fnb westgate branch..

Fnb westgate worst service ever...been sitting here for 45 minutes for card replacement..no one is notifying us if there's a system problem or short staff...their working stations are empty, no consultants...since I've been here they have called one ticket...they don't even greet wow worst service ever....
