Worst service and worst experience ever!

<p>This is not the first time I am complaining to FNB about our business account that still needs to be opened. I have a reference from a call to FNB (in fact here it is - eccr1cmxas ********** 53031.194021 ) and on this call the agent clearly stated and confirmed that there is a 3 day turnaround (i.e until Today) for my account to be open. Not for feedback, my account to be open and ready! He confirms this on this call clearly. My wife called this morning only to be told it might take another week. I would like to request this call and also lodge a formal complaint because I am about to lose over R300000 because FNB takes more than 2 months to register a company and open an account. Your feedback is poor, your service is horrifying and I really hope that business owners out there take their business somewhere else. FNB states that is is "easy and hassle-free" and we have had nothing but hassles and drags. This is unacceptable and I expect a call before midday today. I have escalated numerous times and begged. Your service is **** to be straight forward. Pathetic... Get this account open immediately!</p>
