Worst service and rude consultant from the credit card ***** division

Worst service ever the consultant was rude and to top it all she had the guide to even say I must use the right words.please advise ne which one is the right word to use when someone is trying to link there diverse im my App is it not ***** and is t not considered as ***** as I was advised it's only considered ***** when someone withdraws. I suspected ***** and everything was cancelled and blocked but your precious agent said I must use correct words and she was even screaming and shouting at me I'm not sure if FNB knows anything about TCF and if your consultant goes for RE5 or FAIS because if they did they would know how to treat a client . I tried my level best to keep calm but wow I'm still picking my Jaws onvthe floor
