Worst Service and Lying Consultants

I opened a Business account online in August 2021, till date i have not received my business bank card. Every time i call from the week after opening they say it will be delivered to me in few days and it been 3 full months now all the consultants say the same thing. They promise to make the case their personal initiative and to contact me regarding the update they never call.

This is disappointing
