Worst service and lack of product knowledge

I went to open a youth account at Fnb Broadacres for my niece as her mother is nomore and was asked for a proof of residence or guardianship letter, the lady told me to come back with a proof of residence and it will serve as a guarantee and she said that in the presence of the manager, I come back on Monday and I’m made to wait 2 hours plus only for them to tell me they read the document wrong and it was for something else and bla bla. Waste of time and energy!!
