Worst service and Consultant Diandre Williams

Fnb Connect consultants and and verification are very much annoying. I get to be asked a million security questions and answer them, then i am asked about my cheque account with FNB and transections? I am not calling for my cheque account here but the connect account. Then the consultant Diandre Williams tells me she cant assist me if i cant confirm the transections on my cheque account. Like really what kind of ****a shop business are you running here? I then confirm that then boom my query to migrate one of my sim cards cant be done now but the following month. Like what a waste of my time. I am so annoyed and disappointed. Its like the security questions are there to frustrate us as consumers and make sure the consultants dont assists us at all.
