Worst service and clueless staff!

FNB's Debt Review Centre must have the worst service I have ever encountered. When you speak to a consultant, they have no clue about the process, when you email them, nobody bothers to reply. They just keep debiting my account, meanwhile it is already under the care of Debt Rescue. Nobody has a clue! Doesn't even deserve 1 star!
