Worst service again

issues with FNB again..... I have been trying to send an EWallet the whole morning, i have spoken to 3 different people on the chat and still no positive response, the last one said there is nothing wrong with my account and refers me to call a number for assistance. At this point I don't know to be surprised or ****ed. the service is appalling. I doubt this platform will yield any positive results seeing that my previous issue was also left hanging. Maybe you should change the name to ANC, seeing that your service delivery is twaak.
