Worst service

I have been a loyal customer at fnb for many years,but lately fnb's service has gone down the drain.There is no one you can talk to that is competent to do there work.I have phoned close to 12 times and all they tell you is to send a mail.I have sent 2 mails already with the last one threatening to move away from fnb, home loan and all.Still no one bothers to reply.
