Worst service!!!!

Once again, I have received the worst service from FNB. I called in and spoke to 5 different agents who all referred me to the next. The last one basically told me to read the terms and conditions next time. Being a customer who is frustrated and stressed to receive no assistance and attitude. That will do it.
