Worst service

I am really dissatisfied with the service I received from FNB NAV cars.i requested a license disk in November till today it’s not delivered.i have been using public transport to work while my car is parked cos I’m scared of collecting tickets and possibly getting arrested. I need you to send that disk before Friday and refund the R200 for delivery or if you can’t assist me further let me know I’ll go and print it at the post office
