Worst service!

If there was an option to rate a 0 I would select that! FNB has the worst customer support. I made a Payshap payment, the amount was debited but the transaction was unsuccessful. I first tried their chat support which all the 5 agents who kept transferring me from one to the other were unhelpful, took too long to respond and clearly did not know what to do. I then decided to call today, the same thing happened! I do not have my money back and no one seems to know what to do
