WORST SERVICE

RMB – What a Joke!!!!!!! For the last 20 years I had one facility at RMB which was used for a home loan with the knowledge and approval of the bank. Now all of the sudden after all these years I was informed that my account is in arrears of more than one Million rand. It was even taken to court for judgement (thrown out). None of the statements reflects any amount in arrears even up to the last one received. No reconciliation statements were given to prove outstanding balance. In fact, our calculation shows that my account is in a credit, confirmed by my Accountant and by some of the Private bankers at RMB. No efforts were made to clear up the dispute up to date. All that was said “pay or we repossess your house”. Are there any other people that has the same experience with RMB? I’m trying to make an appointment with the CEO at RMB for the past 2 weeks with no success.
