Worst service

The worst bank with the worst service I have been at the lenasia branch for hours because I cannot process anything from my easy zero account Had I known of these ridiculous limits then I wouldn’t have gotten the card to begin with Had a chat with one of the bankers over the weekend named Lungile, she couldn’t help... said to visit the branch Got to the branch and since morning I’ve been sent from one call to a consultant to online banking and now I’m I just want to get all my money and move banks honestly this is ridiculous

I cannot be stopped from having access to my own money and why do they not discuss these limits to customers when they suggest you get the card for “convenience”
