One star..... I don't even think you deserve one star.

Fnb is the worst ever

Apparantely according to fnb there have been ***** reports on my account. They emailed me when this happened 2 March 2023 from the email : *** and when I started enquiring further details of this allegations they communication stopped. The last email I got from fnb was 5 March 2023.

It is now 27 July 2023, 4 months later still no correspondence. I have attempted to send "call back forms " from fnb only got automated maesages from them but no response. When I called into the ***** department I was promised a call back / email from the investigator up til today today.

They informed my other accounts of me being a so called ***** and to this day those online sites have suspended me till they hear back from fnb. Fnb is the utmost worst in correspondence. They notify other places of you being a ***** and get your online accounts suspended 😡.

This is utmost disrespect to the client. And the worst customer service I have ever experienced
