Worst service

I think people should know the risk associated with fnb! Did you know that there is no security in place to protect you as customer! My handbag was ****** 17 June I was on line for an hour before assisted in stopping my card in this time a loan was taken out on my name and withdrawn at an ATM with out me signing anything no otp , no biometric finger print, no delay, no statements NOTHING to protect me. A ***** case was opened and a form was mailed to fnb immediately... I received an email today stating that I'm liable for the loan as I didn't stop the card In time even though it was done with in an hour and (due to lack of service received from fnb) no effort was done to check the security cameras at the ATM , no effort from fnb to assist... Aren't they suppose to have insurance in place for situations like these???? Its clear to me that fnb rather protects the ********* and contrubes to *******ion!! Think carefully before you open account at fnb , you are vulnerable to *****'s!!!!
