Worst Service

I have been transferred to so many people and the last person said she will transfer me to the relevant department then she just hung up. Why is it so difficult for someone to get a replacement card? No I don't have the App because again it took 7 years for sometime to answer when I was trying to activate it and again I got passed around. This is not very impressive and I am extremely annoyed.
