Worst service

FNB is te worst bank,Ive been with them for years but the service that ive been getting ,like im just a number not a valuable client!ive been struggling for 4 years to get the home loan on my name,ive paid the attorney nothing happened after that. Since 2020 nothing has been done such a disappointment.However they opened two home loan accounts i paid money in the new home loan account ,and i never received the money they told me they gonna refund it since march 2024 after filled in forms still nothing happened the worst bank that you can ever bank with!
