worst service

<p>I went to fnb thohoyandou branch when in about to go to China i wanted to withdraw money to use in China one of the consultant told me its better to swipe rather than using cash i took her advice.i was surprise that when i try to swipe in China using my card it declined twice then i paid my goods using cash payment.to my suprise that when i arrive here back my account was overdrawn and i deposited the money they took all the money i deposited.so in afraid to deposit my money back into that account and i have many debit order going through using that account.fnb its very bad its better to use capitec because if your using capitec your money will be safe.i tried to go to the branch they told me that i must submit the merchant receipt.how can they rob me and except me to bring the merchant receipt.worst service ever money its not safe here </p>
