Worst Service

I am very disappointed in FNB. I was under the impression that it was supposed to be a better banking experience. Last year I enquired about a credit card but the interest rate was higher than Absa and so I declined the card. In April I decided to move to FNB and logged a call on your website. A consultant contacted me and checked all my details over the phone and at this point I mentioned that I am now married and that you would need to update my surname on your system from Kolle to Engelbrecht. A week later my card is delivered but not under my married surname. I phoned the bank and they advised me to scan all my docs and email it so that they can process it correctly and issue me with a new card. I waited almost 3 weeks and nothing had happened. The week before last week I was contact by your courier company and they advised me that my card was ready for CU Herbert (my husbands name is Herbert). They then said that someone miss read the information on my marriage certificate and that they would re-issue the card once again. Half an hour ago your courier phoned me once again to deliver a card for CU Herbert. My question is this: Does FNB know what they are doing? How do you issue an incorrect card 3 TIMES when you have the ID document in front of you. Currently I have been on hold for almost 10 minutes for the consultant to find someone who can assist me. Thank you FNB for making it easy for me to walk away from this bank and rather remain with ABSA - at least they know how to read an ID document.
